Cancellation and refund policy


Purchased passes

A pass gives you access to continuous capture, high video bitrates and resolution for a given amount of time.

The pass is active from the moment of purchase, for a specific duration. You may start capture at any moment, and restart it as many times as you want.

The pass is device-specific: it works only on the camera device you used to purchase it.

After a purchased pass expires, the camera switches to the free plan: it will remain online for 6 hours, and will stream at standard quality and resolution. At the end of that period the camera goes offline and becomes inaccessible. You can then always start a new capture session for free, or purchase a new pass or subscription.

  • For example, if you purchase a one week pass at 9 a.m. on Monday and set up the camera after that, the camera will remain online till 3 p.m. next Monday.

Keep in mind that once the capture session ends after the pass expiration, you will not be able to access your camera using the same link and password. You may set up a new capture session. To be able to access your camera endlessly with no interruptions using the same link, consider purchasing a subscription.

To get a refund for a purchased pass, contact us. The refunded amount is computed on a pro rata basis, taking into account the pass duration and time since it has been purchased.

Purchased subscriptions

A subscription gives you access to continuous capture, high video bitrates and resolution for unlimited time. Subscriptions are automatically renewed with a predefined billing period, until you cancel it.

Once you purchase a subscription, you may start capture at any moment, and restart it as many times as you want.

Differently to one-time passes, subscriptions work on all devices associated with the same Google account. In addition, a single subscription includes up to 5 simultaneous capture sessions, all of them streaming continuously and at high quality. Any additional camera set up using the same subscription will work under the free plan conditions.

In case of subscription cancellation, we follow the policy recommended by Google: you keep access to all purchased features for the current billing period, and you will not be charged the next time. At the end of the current billing period, the camera switches to the free plan: it will remain online for 6 hours, and will stream at standard quality and resolution. After that the camera goes offline and becomes inaccessible. You can then always start a new capture session for free, or purchase a new pass or subscription.

  • For example, if you have a monthly subscription renewed at 9 a.m. on the 5th day of every month and you cancel it, the camera will remain online till 3 p.m. of the 5th day of the next month.

Keep in mind that once the capture session ends after the pass expiration, you will not be able to access your camera using the same link and password. You may set up a new capture session.

If you cancelled a subscription and you want to get a refund for the current billing period, contact us. The refunded amount is computed on a pro rata basis, taking into account the billing period duration and time since the last renewal.
