Purchased passes

A pass gives you access to unlimited daily data, high download speed, high video bitrates, and resolution for a given amount of time.

The pass is active from the moment of purchase, for a specific duration. You may start the video capture in the app at any moment and restart it as many times as you want.

The passes work on all devices associated with the same Google account. In addition, a single pass includes up to 5 simultaneous capture sessions, all of them including all the paid features. Any additional camera set up with the same account will work under the free plan conditions.

After a purchased pass expires, the camera switches back to the free plan. The daily data limit is set at the moment of expiration, regardless of how much bandwidth was consumed before. The other limitations (download speed, captured video bitrate resolution) take effect immediately at the moment of expiration.

You can keep using the app for free after the pass expires or purchase a new pass or subscription.

To get a refund for a purchased pass, contact us. The refunded amount is computed on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the pass duration and the time since it was purchased.

Purchased subscriptions

A subscription gives you access to unlimited daily data, high download speed, high video bitrates, and resolution for an unlimited time. Subscriptions are automatically renewed with a predefined billing period until you cancel it.

Once you purchase a subscription, you may start the video capture in the app at any moment and restart it as many times as you want.

Similarly to the passes, subscriptions work on all devices associated with the same Google account, covering up to 5 simultaneous capture sessions with all the paid features included. Any additional camera set up with the same account will work under the free plan conditions.

You can cancel the subscription at any moment on the Google Play subscriptions page associated with your Google account.

In case of subscription cancellation, we follow the policy recommended by Google: you keep access to all purchased features for the current billing period, and you will not be charged the next time. At the end of the current billing period, the camera switches back to the free plan. The daily data limit is set at the moment of expiration, regardless of how much bandwidth was consumed before. The other limitations (download speed, captured video bitrate resolution) take effect immediately at the moment of expiration.

You can keep using the app for free after cancellation or purchase a new pass or subscription.

If you canceled a subscription and you want to get a refund for the current billing period, contact us. The refunded amount is computed on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the billing period duration and the time since the last renewal.
